CPF Presidential Candidate Poll - January 5th (Poll 2)

It was decided we would be supporting an out of party candidate this term for Congress in the first poll. I now present the choices for President as they stand now.

I present the three serious candidates. DAL and EPIC I believe are supporting Temujin, while a great number of smaller parties are supporting Wes Lewis, including Norsefire, the UN and Paradox.

James is also running with his Penguin party.

The first poll asked if we were going to support our own party member or not, and and the majority voted to support an out of party candidate.

No problem, I hereby resign my party seat and forum admin and VP positions, this vote is not fair.

aeriala come on. The Party President wanted to hold a vote on whether or not we would support a CPF candidate or not. The final tally was 6 for a different candidate, and 3 for our own candidate. Once that was decided I put up this poll of all the declared candidates.

It does sound like the first poll could've been fairer.

It seems the options that were being voted on weren't equal, but that one of them could've included more choices than the other, which could have lopsided the poll.

The first poll couldn't have been any more fair. All it asked was if we wanted to support Aeriala (only candidate from the CPF) or someone else and the people chose someone else and there is no need to bitch about it.

So a vote of 3-6, me against, we can't say how many canidates that were posted, but really there are only 3, I got 1/3 of the votes. Even igoring the fact 6 caniadates were posted even though most were fake I should accept that as fair? Lets also excuse penguin has voting rights even though he isn't a party member, etc.

Aeriala, this type of voting is not unprecedented here. If you had a problem with it, you should've taken it up before or at least before the first poll.
