New Forum?

Would people be open to possibly opening a new forum with forumotion that will have the party name in its url?

(This would be like in a month or so type of thing)

I for one made it public that I'd rename the party upon my election to make a new image.

Yeah.... let's ditch the Praetors. The idea isn't bad; just with our limited numbers, it's not viable.

So.. with regards to the Praetors, do we want to shutter the Praetor companies with a view to re-launching them at some point in the future, or do we liquidate the companies?

And if we liquidate, what might some goals be, to use those funds?

Keep the ones making money going. Who still here has access? Someone is keeping it going as I work and get paid everyday. Cannot liquidate. Most are held in trust are they not? Though who would know for who any more?

I do post, just not too often.

I'm not the one who's been running it. That would be Lise Stubbings, although I haven't talked to her for quite a while. She should know more about what's going on than me. And I do have the password if you guys need it.

If we do decide to shut down the praetors I think it makes sense to sell the companies rather then keeping them doing nothing.

As for renaming the party, I don't really like the idea, but we do need to do something to draw new members, and it's better than anything I've thought of. Perhaps we could setup a new forum but keep the CPF name?

Also, I can help getting the new forum setup, I have a bit of experience with it.

Nope, not me. I don't have access.

As far as I know, the only 2 who have access are Curtis and Lise.

Go ahead and change the passwords... the worst that can happen is that someone gets locked out and you find out who when they complain.

But sounds like Banach wants to sell 'em, so just keep them secure.
