Repatriation Efforts

So I have started a Repatriation effort for eCanadians caught behind enemy lines - providing Moving Tickets and information on how to get back to Canadian lands, and away from French occupied areas.
I have adds running specifically in New Brunswick & Nova Scotia, and will get one going in PEI as well. Also, I have PM'ed every Canadian citizen in Nova Scotia, making this offer, and will do the same with New Brunswick & PEI.
Thus far, 10 Canadians repatriated:

I'm sort of, of a mind to keep this fairly under wraps until we have contacted every one... so that others can't steal our glory

I sent the ticket to Jay Punkston so can I be credited for that? 
Wilhelm, are you giving me free reign of Moose Tracks? I have been hesitant to start work on something because I thought you were giving me dates and deadlines. I can write about these efforts tomorrow and then publish the congress article the day afterif that's fine.

Yeah... pretty much free reign. Just run the topics by me and the general gist of them first... but I don't need to see them beforehand.
