I change my vote to yes conditionally. Pimp will recieve no SVT support jumping on the ballot this round. He must bide his time and make up for his past. With good behaviour maybe he could be allowed back in time.

No, unless he pays 100 gold fine to the party for his past acts.
Personally I like him, but he has burned his bridges here as far as I am concerned. We supported him when know one else would how did he repay us? He completely humiliated us.
